January 15 National Gathering (CvA) in Zoetermeer
Three times a year the boards of the Netherlands get together to decide on important issues concerning all chapters. Meanwhile the other members get to have a lot of fun! Workshops, lectures and activities are organized, and all members have lots of opportunities to get to know each other and exchange ideas. This time the CvA is held in Zoetermeer, with the theme 'Bubbles at work'. There are even activities in English: the World Trade Game will be played, and in the afternoon there are sports activities like climbing. More info and registration can be found on their website (in Dutch): http://www.cva2011bruist.nl/. To go there as a group, Sander has offered to coordinate who is going, so we can carpool and have dinner together afterwards. So, if you are going, sign up on the website, and contact Sander by email.

June 1 - 4 European Congress in Tarragona, Spain
This year the European Congress is organized by JCI Catalunya, in the historical city of Tarragona, near Barcelona, Spain. A great location near the beach, with a beautiful old city center. Around 2000 JCI members of Europe will gather here to meet (new) friends, enjoy workshops and trainings, and have lots of fun. More information in the congress can be found at http://www.jciec2011.cat.
JCI Amsterdam is organizing the trip for the Dutch delegation. Hotel rooms are blocked for us until the end of January. More on subscription at the January member meeting, but start saving and join us to Catalunya! | Agenda
